Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge has a full time position available for an experienced housekeeping supervisor.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. You will need to have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role within a top quality environment. You will also need to be a permanent Australian resident or citizen and have the flexibility to work a seven day rotating roster.

MAINTENANCE / GARDENER - FIRST TIME THIS POSITION HAS BEEN OFFERED
An opportunity exists to be part of the team at Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge. This position is being offered for the first time due to the expiration of our external contract. The position is full time and offers you the opportunity to contribute to the overall quality standard and product positioning of the retreat's gardens, landscaping and general maintenance. Reporting to the Retreat Manager, you will also be supported by our Housekeeping team.
The chief responsibility of this position will be to ensure the smooth and cost-effective operation of the overall maintenance of the retreat. Given the nature of a small retreat, the role is extremely 'hands on'. There is also an opportunity to assist with the activities department by accompanying guests on 4WD tours of the property.
The ideal applicant is a pro-active individual who is self-motivated and can work with limited direction. You must be a stickler for standards, with an eye for detail together with the demonstration of initiative and experience in maintenance of equipment and working to a plan. Demonstration of prior experience is essential.
